Everything EK CRM actually does.

No roadmap items, no asterisks. Every capability on this page is in the product today and you can ask us to show you any of it.

Getting the lead in

Most inquiries in Nepal never reach a CRM because typing them in is someone's afterthought. These are the paths that do not depend on anyone remembering.

Hosted capture forms

Build a form, put it on your website or behind a QR code, and submissions become leads with no login. Fields are yours to define, including dropdowns and conditional answers. Rate limited and honeypot protected, so a public form does not become a spam inbox.

Channel attribution on every lead

Phone, WhatsApp, web form, referral and walk-in are set up for you on day one, and you can add your own. Every lead carries the channel it arrived through, which is what makes the revenue report later worth reading.

Duplicate handling on phone number

A person who calls in March and fills a form in June is one contact with two inquiries, not two half-records. Deduplication is on the phone number, because that is the identifier people in Nepal actually have and answer.

Retry-safe capture from the field

A capture made without signal can be replayed when the connection returns without creating a duplicate. The uniqueness is enforced in the database, not hoped for in the app.

Moving it to a deal

A pipeline is only useful if it matches how your business actually closes. None of these stages are ours.

Pipelines and stages you define

Name your own stages and reorder them. A builder selling plots and a college taking admissions do not share a funnel, and neither should have to pretend.

Deal values in NPR

Ticket size, expected close date, and won or lost with a timestamp. Amounts are grouped in lakhs and crores, so 45,00,000 reads the way you would say it rather than as 4,500,000.

Custom fields per product

Plot size, municipality, storeys, intake, route, season. Add the fields your business asks about and they appear on the lead, on the deal, and in reports. Different products can carry different fields.

Activities against the record

Calls, site visits, meetings, WhatsApp messages, emails and notes, each with a due date and a completion. The follow-up queue is everything due and not yet done.

Value and stage history

Every change to a deal's value and every stage move is kept with who did it and when. A deal that quietly dropped from 80 lakh to 8 lakh is a question with an answer.

Knowing what it earned

The reason to keep a CRM current is the number at the end of it.

Commission computed per product

Each product carries its own rate rather than one flat percentage applied to everything, because a 2 percent product and a 15 percent product in the same pipeline are not the same business. Entries have their own status, so what is earned and what is paid are different questions.

Revenue attributed by channel

Which channel produced the money, not just which produced the most leads. Those are frequently different, and the gap between them is where a marketing budget is usually wrong.

Performance by salesperson

Leads handled, deals won, revenue closed, per person. Read as a conversation starter, not a leaderboard.

Knowing who did what

A CRM is a record of money owed. That only holds if the record is defensible.

Full audit trail

Every create, update and delete is recorded with the person, the exact columns that changed, and the values before and after. Credentials are stripped before anything is written, so the audit log never becomes the place a password leaks.

Roles that mean something

Owner, sales manager and sales agent. Archiving a lead, changing a role and viewing commission are not things every account should be able to do.

Support access you can see

When our team opens your workspace to help, the audit log marks every action as ours rather than yours. You can tell the difference afterwards, which is the point.

Your data in its own schema

Each workspace gets a separate database schema, not a shared table filtered by a workspace column. A query that forgets its filter returns nothing rather than someone else's customers.

Using it on a normal day

Software that only works at a desk does not get used by people who are not at one.

Drag the board on a phone

The deal board works with touch, not just a mouse. Press and hold to pick a deal up; a swipe still scrolls, because a board that hijacks scrolling is a board nobody uses on site.

SMS alerts to the right person

When a web lead lands, whoever it is assigned to gets a text. A lead answered in ten minutes and one answered tomorrow are not the same lead, and the person who should call is usually not watching an inbox.

Files on the record

Citizenship copies, site photos, signed agreements, attached to the lead or the deal. Uploads are checked by their actual bytes rather than trusting the file extension.

Email invites for your team

Invite by email, they set their own password. Nobody is issuing or remembering passwords for anyone else.
